FASTEK PAYMENT SOLUTIONS, INC. (the “Company”, “We”, or “Us”) is committed to protect and respect your personal data privacy. In accordance to and compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (“DPA”) and the rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission, We set out in this Privacy Notice (“Notice”) the procedure and measures that defines how We collect, use, store and process your personal information that you provide via email or print-out to Us or which We may have received in the course of your application for accreditation as supplier/vendor of goods and/or services to the Company.

We are licensed to operate and manage the collection of the personal information in the Onepay website Platform (the “Platform”)

What We Collect and Process

We collect and process your personal information, as follows:

-Address
-Email Address
-Phone/Mobile number

Purpose and How We Use Your Personal Information

Your personal information is processed and used for documentation and the following purposes:

to enable Us to process your order placed in the Platform, including the delivery and payment of such orders.
to comply with regulatory and legal requirements and reporting;
to perform other processing that may be essential or as may be permitted under existing laws and regulations; and
to fulfill any other purposes directly related to the above-stated purpose.

For purposes outside of those identified above, We will ask for your specific consent.

In the use of your personal information and other information, We will take appropriate measures to protect your information and shall restrict this information to only to personnel who are bound to discharge their duties in relation to the order fulfillment and delivery.

Sharing of Information

We may share the information submitted to Us to our merchants for purposes of order fulfillment. We may also share the information to our pickers or delivery personnel to perform the delivery of the order.

In the event any information will be shared or outsourced for processing with outside parties, the sharing and processing of personal information shall be subjected to written agreements between Us and the third parties, in accordance with the requirements of the DPA.

Access and Storage of Your Personal Information

-We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your personal information is treated securely and in accordance with the Company’s data privacy policy set forth in this Notice. All information you provide to Us are stored in a secured location.

-We will restrict access and exchange of your personal information to the Company’s employees who have a business reason for knowing such information for the purpose stated in this Notice.

-We will maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with the relevant laws and regulations to protect your personal information from any unauthorized access.

-We will not provide any or all of your personal information data to outside parties, where such use of personal information is not required for the purpose set forth in this Notice.

Retention

We will only retain your personal information for as long as We are either required to by law or as is relevant for the purposes for which it was collected. We will cease to retain your personal data, or remove the means by which the information can be associated with you, as soon as it is reasonable to assume that such retention no longer serves the purposes for which the personal data is collected, and is no longer necessary for any purpose.

Policy Update

We reserve the right to change or update this Policy at any time by placing a prominent notice on the Company’s website (if applicable) or other documents that We provide to Our suppliers/vendors of goods and/or services. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting to the Company’s website or distribution of print-out notice.
